Hello, I'm Riza.
I believe it is important for us to have a time set aside each day to experience and get to know our True Self and find balance.
This is why my dharma or life purpose is to serve by sharing my practice to people I meet on my path in this lifetime.
You are here right now for a reason, and that is yours to discover
by slowly & consistently pealing away all your layers for your
true self to shine and reveal.
I offer sessions that are a fusion of the different healing modalities: yoga, breathing exercise, meditation and reiki energy healing in a
class setting or in private. You may also choose to focus on one.
For yoga asana, I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle flow & Yin.
These healing rituals are part of my personal practice & daily self-care and I have experienced the benefits firsthand on how they
greatly affect my health, energy, decisions, well-being & Spirit.
It's the choices we make each day that bring out
our authentic selves to live the life that we truly want and
manifest good health, bliss and peace.
Due to our current situation, all sessions are booked and done on-line. The private yoga classes are through zoom while the reiki energy healing session is performed distantly. Just message me to know more.


"The pandemic forced a lot of us to spend most of our days indoors and this also allowed me to slow down, and when I heard about on-line yoga classes I was immediately on board! My first yoga session with Riza was like a breath of fresh air. I was in yoga hiatus for almost 3 years and I was anxious if I'd be able to sustain an hour of practice. Riza is very engaging and really took the time to ask about myself and my expectations going into practice and I instantly felt "at home".
Every yoga session with her is both challenging and relaxing. My time on the mat has become my "me time" nowadays and her classes really allow me to tune into myself more - my limits and my strengths. I always look forward to attending yoga sessions with Riza because it allows me to take a pause from the hustle and bustle of life, let me be present in the moment and meditate. Simply put, sessions with Riza always reminds me why yoga was, and still is, my first love.

Being a working mom, I always have multiple thoughts running though my mind. I often switch from one thought to another. Yoga helped me focus on one thought and block out everything else. It made me more centered.
Yoga has helped me become more aware of my body - the food that i put in my body, the parts that I have to move more, the parts that are heavy & tight.
The breathing & meditative tools I learned has taught me how to manage my stress more effectively and control my emotions. I'm calmer and more relaxed.
